Elaine B. Jewelry
Elaine creates jewelry that is light, sophisticated and welcoming. Her displays had to be as well.
We’d met Elaine of EBJ a number of years prior to our work together. At the time, we were visiting the shared shops of a local sculptor and woodworker. Elaine had just moved to the area and was in the process of establishing her studio in a small loft above the workshop.
Fast forward a few years and EBJ had really begun to gain some traction. Elaine now employed a number of jewelers, and had moved to a new production and retail facility in a neighboring town

For years she’d used a flat packed plywood display case which she’d taken to trades shows— requiring her to repeatedly set up and tear down the case— but with the recent expansion of her business it was time to upgrade the displays.

We worked closely with Elaine to establish specific parameters, the dimensions of the showcase, the need for additional storage, and the quality of the light. Our aim was to leverage the distinct quality of her brand while still making sure we checked all of these defined boxes.

The result were bright, airy boxes that accurately reflected the EBJ brand while allowing the jewelry inside the case to shine.

Designing down to the smallest details, even the door pulls were made custom to reflect the geometric nature of the jewelry her studio produces.

When Elaine’s business expanded the following year, we had the opportunity to design more cases for the new space, highlighting the value our clients and partners see when we take the time to understand their brand.
